The apartment is a Super Attic on the 11th floor, settled in the famous condominium “Nettuno” in the town centre of Mestre, opposite the Shopping Centre COIN in Piazza Barche/Ferretto.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the household appliances (oven, fridge, microwave, freezer and washing machine). The spaces in the apartment are very big and well distributed: around the perimeter of the house there are huge terraces that you can use to study outdoor or to have a drink with your friends and housemates while enjoying the wonderful view and the sunsets.

The condominium is very elegant, and, in the hall, there is also a porter.

The apartment is located in the very centre of Mestre in the pedestrian areas, a few steps away from the Main Squares. Apart from the night pubs and bars, here you can also find supermarkets and any kind of shops.

The bus stops are just in front the building whereas the tram stop is at the corner.
